Custom Upholstery Services Inc provides upholstery services including, but not limited to, reupholstery, custom cushions, slipcovers, and furniture restoration. Services are offered by appointment and may include pickup and delivery.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary upon in-person inspection or once the project is in progress.
Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.
3. Materials
Fabric is not included unless explicitly stated. Customers may provide their own material or select from our available options.
We are not responsible for issues related to customer-supplied materials.
4. Lead Time
Estimated lead times begin once we have received the materials, furniture pieces, and any required deposit. Lead times may vary depending on workload and project scope.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before starting the project. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or upon completion.
6. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery services are available for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance.
7. Storage Policy
Storage fees may apply if items are not picked up or scheduled for delivery within a reasonable timeframe after completion.
8. Limitations of Work
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or variations in fabric appearance such as color or pattern alignment.
9. Messaging Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to our SMS and messaging communications:
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions, provide support, share updates, coordinate scheduling, and communicate regarding your project.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. You may opt in again at any time.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at contact@customupholsteryusa.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. For questions about your messaging or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
